This workshop experience is for those who want to connect and find peace with their inner self, clarity in one’s life, and establish the practice of stillness to discover inner peace.

More About Me
As you’ve probably already gathered, I’m Glenda Lezeau! I wasn’t always on a self-love journey. As a matter of fact, growing up I barely liked myself let alone loved myself.
It wasn’t until I had a psychotic mental breakdown that I had an “aha” moment that in order to fully heal, I needed to figure out a way to love myself. That moment happened in 2011 and now I have such a healthy, beautiful, and loving relationship with myself. This relationship has positively impacted my life in ways I could never imagine.
Now, I love helping people like YOU also reap the benefits of a healthy, loving relationship with Self.
